    • With the Commonwealth Games having been on in Glasgow these last two weeks, I wish I had found this before now, but I now have it.

      As it is the melody line it is good for anyone who wishes to sing it.

      I will be looking for a full score now.

    • Si tratta di un inno particolare, scritto in 6/8, adatto a una marcia molto lenta, difficile da cantare per chi non abbia dimestichezza con questo tempo. Gli Scozzesi, però, lo cantano con un trasporto straordinario e non ricordo di aver mai sentito una stonatura o un inciampo nell'esecuzione di un intero stadio di Rugby; cosa che succede, invece a tutti, persino agli attentissimi Inglesi.

    • Me parece una pieza musical sencilla pero emotiva y contagiosa. En cuanto a la letra, narra hechos del pasado, es audaz y añora la independencia de Escocia.
